1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using RAGaaS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.
2. Description of Service
RAGaaS provides a developer API for document processing, embedding generation, and semantic search capabilities. The Service enables users to build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications while maintaining control over their data and infrastructure.
3. Payments and Billing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
- Payments are processed securely through Paddle
- Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly basis
- You are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
- You are responsible for your own OpenAI/Cohere/Jina API usage and costs
4. Refund Policy
- We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions
- No refunds for partial months of service
- Refund requests must be submitted through Paddle

5. API Usage and Limits
- You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure
- You agree to use the Service within the specified rate limits
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice
- You must make the product's capabilities and limitations transparent to users
6. Data Privacy and Security
- We do not store or retain your documents or embeddings
- All processing is temporary and data is stored in your infrastructure
- You maintain full control and ownership of your data

7. Account Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Exceed usage limits repeatedly
- Engage in abusive or harmful behavior
- Fail to pay applicable fees
- Conduct activities we construe as sales malpractices
8. Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". We make no warranties about:
- Service availability
- Accuracy of search results
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Third-party services integration
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service.
